The wortec cold air intake removes the restriction of the standard airbox.  It introduces a large filter which has a much greater surface area than the standard air filter.  With a bigger filter it allows the air to flow much more freely so an improvement in throttle response is felt.

The upgrade does not require the removal of the mass air flow meter (MAF) which is required for consistant running in the UK climate. It is finished in a high quality power coat to ensure a factory look under the bonnet.  As with all wortec products extensive testing has been carried out to ensure the upgrade is suitable for UK conditions.
